3.) If the stain remains soak the fabric in warm water mixed with a stain-removing enzyme product for 30 to 60 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and wash in hot water with bleach that’s safe for fabric.

Roger Goodell’s flexibility
Past sentences by commissioner Roger Goodell have been significantly reduced so there may just be a chance that Michael Vick may be an NFL quarterback again. Although there has been minimal information leaked at this point pertaining to Vick’s rehabilitation previous law offenses by players such as:
- Cincinatti defensive back and marijuana found in his super bowl backpack lead to just a suspension for the 2007 opener.
- Minnesota defensive tackle arrested twice over the course of a summer for both marijuana possession in Texas and fighting with police in Florida – two game suspension.
- Even multiple suspensions related to player arrests were cut significantly from what were origionally prolonged or indefinate suspensions to a matter of a game or two.
On the other hand Goodell may be busy with his recent announcement of extending, or ‘lengthening’ the regular season as well as other important happenings such as expanding the number of participating playoff teams. Time will tell and overall sports may just need the type of law laying and resposability that only Judge Judy can lay down.
Backstabbing Brett
With the NFL being all about performance I had always wondered if teams, coaches or even players ever tried to have the head sets worn by the opposing teams on game day just to get the upper hand in a very complicated game of chess. Information has been uncovering slowly as the reported leak of information between Favre and his former teams Opponent last month, the Detroit Lions.
This is actually an issue that is much deeper then perhaps Favre taking a quick shot at aiding the Lions in their hopeful victory. Although this seems like it could turn into a big issue within the league spokesperson Greg Aiello stated in an email to the Associated Press that “Even if it were true, there would be no violation of league rules” so it is likely that even if these allegations prove to be true only his reputation is at stake.

Michael Vic to Plea Guilty?
It is likely that the former NFL quarterback will plead guilty after confirmation that his attorney had suggested this via teleconference in order to negotiate the possibility of early release to a halfway house. Because of the ensuing charges associated with a federal conspiracy Vick had not been released until charges against him are resolved.
With that being said one topic may come to mind in relation to Michael Vick’s future with the NFL. Currently scheduled to be released July 20th, 2009 training camp will be just around the corner. But patience and fairness will be tested as all descisions will lead to one man, Roger Goodell.
Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank did comment that he would like to see Vick back in the National Football League someday – just not Atlanta. He also went on to add, “I certainly wish Michael well in the future. I believe in second chances. I believe in third chances. That doesn’t mean I believe in forever chances. But I do believe he’s capable of redemption and learning from his mistakes.”
In all the plea to both his charges and Goodell are going to come down to paying his debt and his actions as the plea to state dogfighting charges will be only a part of his battle back into his former life as an NFL star.
The Impact of a Referee
Just when you break away from your blockers and find an angle to avoid the persuit of your opponents there comes a time when a referee has to make an impact on the game and step in to make the right call.
Some how and for some reason, a referee’s job is never done, so as quarterback Garcia of the South Carolina Gamecocks scrambles for a couple yards it would appear that a referee of the game would do what is necessary to avoid interfering with the payers path. This is a must see to believe video as the referee actually appears to staulk Garcia and intentionally lay the hat, as he leans into a strategically placed hit.
The Way of the Titans
With Vince Young back at practice, and being the franchise player will they end up sticking with Collins for now? Kerry Collins has been a key player with a 81.3 passer rating and managing the game without unnecessary risks it seems that Collins is the best guy for the job right now.
With limited time in during drills Vince Young was on the field for the first time this week since his knee injury on September 7th. Despite a great deal of support from teammates and friends it is said that Titans coach Jeff Fisher is going to stick with Collins as long as he keeps winning and with that said it should be noted that this is a franchise first 4-0 starting season so it is certainly an understandable decision.
Despite this Young practiced with a compression sleeve on his left knee including individual and 7 on 7 drills. Overall it is going to be important to continue to monitor hos progress through the week but it is possible that Young may be the number 2 against teh Ravens. Just looking to put thesea events behind them teammates and Young alike are looking forward to playing but is Collins looking to play a backup role again next season should that be the case? Collins even stated that ‘I’m going to have to make a decision’ and with his new found role and the end of his two year contract with the Titans ending this season he did mention that ‘It is going to be hard for me to go back to being a backup’.
Defenses Win Games
Despite the evident notion that a powerful offense puts points on the board and wins games. Even in the early weeks of this NFL season defense is the ruling factor for a winning season. Strong teams such as the Titans and Giants are among the top 10 defenses for points allowed as well as sacks. These and other teams show you just how important it is to get after the quarterback and hinder the rhythm of a dominant offense. These types of situations bring forth great field position, defensive scoring and the dominance of the games pace.
Although it was the first bye week for many teams the New York Giants have moved into the number one spot in week fours power rankings after the Cowboys lost to the Redskins. But word is out that the Giants look to adjust their defense as some players might have been able to pick up on some of the teams signals. After this weeks self evaluation the Giants are not taking any chances as they prepare for the seahawks in week 5 with the inclusion of disguising the rushes but nothing that should be noticable during the game this coming sunday.
