We need an owner that will actually be willing to spend money on pitchers. He did it once with Chan Ho Park, but that was it. The Rangers have one of the lowest payrolls in baseball and they play in one of the biggest sports media markets in the country. Yea the Rangers play in a hitters park, but let's be honest, athletes are greedy. If you offer them enough money, they will play anywhere.
