Michael Vick’s Imminent? Return
A man with a plan and some determination. Word was released on the not yet free Michael Vick and his plan to return to the NFL.

Statements were also made by Vicks Bankruptcy attorney laying out the intention of paying creditors with money not yet earned, “The Debtor has every reason to believe that upon his release, he will be reinstated into the NFL, resume his career and be able to earn a substantial living.”
Since his conviction the once highest paid player now has assets of $16 mollion and liabilities of $20.4 during which he accumulated vehicles, properties, businesses and supported extended family. Motions are set with a propsed plan on how he is going to pay for his debt but it is all dependent on his return to the NFL while still facing two state felony count. Not to mention a maximum prison sentence of 10 years which is also weighing on the hope of a pleaded deal with a suspended sentence and probation.
Still scheduled to appear in Surry County Circuit Court on Nov. 25. Ultimetely NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell will have final say and neither Vick nor his attorneys have contacted the NFL. Currently Vick is banking on his ability to be reinstated into the NFL and not only his expected earning but signing bonuses and obtained assets. These assets include the liquidation of two homes, interest in two farms, and involvement in more then 20 businesses, from a horse farm to a liquor store.
This is simply to many if and or buts for now but time will tell and somehow lawyers do seem to be able to make things happen but there will be no get out of jail free card and I don’t understand why no contact has been made with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell since so much of this propsed plan rests on him playing in the NFL.
