Randy Moss Comes Through
During the Patriots - Jets game seconds remaining on the clock New England fans everywhere had to be going nuts as Patriots quarterback Matt Cassel hooked up with receiver Randy Moss with an incredibly composed throw after scrambling to get away from pursuing tacklers. With two feet planted and maintenance of possession a great receiver like Moss came through in fine fashion with one second left on the clock.
Despite this great effort Favre led his New York Jets down the field and into field goal range where they successfully triumphed in both their 34-31 victory over the Patriots but also atop the AFC East.
