Why Would a Dolphin Think About 2009 Now?
The Dolphins are thinking about the post season so why would it be relevant to start pointing out the road ahead for this aspiring team? ESPN.com’s Tim Graham’s recent article, ‘Dolphins’ road gets rocky in 2009‘ brings up a number of catchy points but feels like a last ditch headliner especially this time of the season.
The Miami Dolphins have turned a previously 1 win season into an AFC East championship with 11 wins led by ex Jet Chad Pennington. We all know the common downfalls of any team that affect any franchise that endures the ramifications of injuries, free agency, drafts and coaching changes.
It should be agreed that the scheduling plays a significant role. At the end of the day any team, with their set schedule, still has to show face and win. Perhaps teams in AFC and NFC South divisions Graham mentions in his article warrent more inner division rivalries.
