Ojinnaka, a forth-year reserve drafted out of Syracurse in the fifth round of the 2006 NFL draft, was charged with simple battery and is free on bond after being accused of fighting with his wife over his ‘Facebook activity’, according to police.

Ojinnaka’s wife confronted him about contact with a female friend on Facebook which led to him tossing her down some stairs and threw her out of their house in Suwanee, Georgia. According to Ojinnaka his wife began the fight by attempting to stab him with a pen.
